KHAOS was founded on a simple belief: today's sports cars have become heavier, more complex, and increasingly disconnected from the pure thrill of driving. Our vision is to build a boutique American sports car that strips away the unnecessary and returns the focus to performance, precision, and driver engagement.

Founded by a championship-winning racer, engine assembler, and automotive parts designer, KHAOS is built on decades of real-world motorsports experience. Every design decision is influenced by lessons learned on the racetrack, in the fabrication shop, and through years of engineering and manufacturing high-quality automotive components. The result is a car designed not just to look extraordinary, but to perform with purpose.

At the heart of every KHAOS is an exoskeleton tube-frame chassis where the structure itself becomes the styling. Rather than hiding the engineering beneath heavy body panels, every tube is purposefully designed to maximize strength, minimize weight, and create a machine that looks fast even while standing still. Every component is selected with one goal in mind—to create an incredibly lightweight, exceptionally responsive sports car that delivers a driving experience unlike anything else on the road.

Power comes from a front-mounted Chevrolet LS V8 driving the rear wheels, combining legendary American reliability, affordability, and performance with a chassis engineered to exploit every horsepower. The two-seat cockpit places the driver at the center of the experience, creating an intimate connection between driver, machine, and road.

The suspension philosophy is inspired by modern IndyCar and Formula 1 engineering. KHAOS utilizes an advanced pushrod suspension system with inboard, three-way adjustable coil-over dampers, reducing unsprung weight while allowing quick, precise suspension tuning. Ride height, corner weights, damping, and chassis balance can be adjusted with relative ease, making the car equally at home carving mountain roads, dominating track days, or competing in wheel-to-wheel racing.
